Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your boots and any accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is unworn.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
