How do I determine the right boot size for me?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe and comparing it to our chart, as sizing can vary slightly between different brands and styles.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn boots in their original packaging. If the fit isn't perfect, you can exchange them for a different size or request a full refund, minus shipping costs.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your new boots sooner.
Are your boots covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our footwear comes with a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper care.
How should I care for my leather boots?
To extend the life of your boots, we recommend cleaning them with a damp cloth and applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months to prevent cracking and maintain water resistance.
